We get a list sent through every evening telling us how customers found our website when they purchase items from the online balloon shop. Yesterday a customer typed "ballons" into virginmedia's search engine. We appeared number two in the list.. and a personalised printing package was purchased. It's great when people buy something that they weren't intending to purchase through typing a mis-spelling of the word balloons into a search engine.
