Personalised Ribbon

I love out chat room option on the website  -  people are so nice about our products. Had a lovely chat with a regular customer who noticed one of fonts had been removed and asked if we could get it back online. We got it back online within a couple of minutes - as we were sorting this out they were extremely  complementary about our personalised ribbon. Here is how the chat went online.

i am a returning custom i am just going to order and the font i use is not on the list

We are keeping this font on for the future - it will be having a slight name change

hve just refreshed yr page is is not on my end yet so i think i will leave it till tom....what will it be called ...will u email me with the new name hhen please

i do love yr ribbons i am so pleased i stumbled on yr site 

If that dosen't work select font 61 and then explain in the Additional information on the payment page that you spoke to Sarah on the Chat option and you actually want font number 60.
